Phase 6 – Support You can rest assure that if something were to go wrong in your new custom basement, it will be covered and correctly quickly with our 2-Year "Bumper-to-Bumper" Warranty and 5-Year Structural Warranty. We stand behind our product and the timely resolution of any issues you may encounter. We will provide you with the number to call in the case any issues arise. We will also call you to setup proactive walk throughs to help ensure all issues are resolved to your satisfaction.
