Phase 4 – Construction The construction process can take anywhere from 10-16 weeks to complete depending on the scope of the work. This allows for adequate time for the homeowner to select and feel comfortable with all of his or her finish selections. This also provides time to perform all necessary permitting and inspection activities with the governing municipality. During the construction process you will be working closely with our design & construction team for the following: Translating the design into reality (i.e. General construction, cabinetry design, electrical and audio/ video layouts, carpet/ tile/ granite/ bath and lighting selections, etc.). Our construction staff will pay close attention to your project daily and be on site as necessary to ensure that high-quality standards are being met and you are completely satisfied.
