Phase 3 – Planning and Pre-Construction During the Planning and Pre-Construction phase, we will be putting together a detailed project plan and we will perform a pre-construction walkthrough with you, the Sales Manager, and our Construction Manager. The focus of this phase is as follows: Sign a contract to begin making preparations for your new custom basement Review the overall vision and the scope of the project Discuss all the construction details and outline the construction process through the duration of the project Meet your Construction Manager and ask any questions you may have Engage our design coordinators to begin selecting your finishes Communicate and discuss next steps Answer any questions you have at this point in the process
